Specialising in the manufacture of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), the company revolutionises residential home construction.
Our product
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are high-performance building panels used for floors, walls, and roofing.
They consist of an insulating foam core, typically Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), sandwiched between two rigid Oriented Strand Boards (OSB). These prefabricated panels can be easily assembled to form a building’s structure, making them versatile for various residential home designs.
Our process
Design
Our architects convert your plans into detailed SIPs diagrams and a 3D model to ensure customised, efficient panel design before final approval and manufacturing.
Manufacturing
Factory staff produce and cut SIPs to spec, prep timbers, label components, and either pack or pre-assemble walls for efficient site installation.
Packing & Transport
SIPs are packed in installation order and delivered as panels or full sections for crane or forklift unload, enabling rapid onsite assembly and faster lockup than traditional builds.
Assembly & Completion
Panels are craned onto fixed bottom plates, and once walls and roof are in, the home reaches lock-up, ready for interior trades to finish construction.
